East African countries have been urged to deepen practical cooperation in education, with foundational learning identified as a key regional priority. Delegates at the  EAC Education Conference that ends today say countries should share expertise, digital resources and effective teaching models instead of waiting for future conferences. The delegates want greater focus on basic competencies and continuous collaboration focused on implementation and results.
