As Kenya celebrates 16 years since the promulgation of the 2010 Constitution, a section of people living with disabilities in Chonyi, Kilifi County, have complained of being excluded from government funds for persons with disabilities, worsening their living conditions. Led by Amina Mnyazi, the PWDs say despite having all the required certifications to qualify for the funds, they have not received any assistance from the government.
