Basic Education PS John Ololtuaa says the shift from NEMIS to KEMIS is aimed at creating an integrated information system for the entire education sector. PS Ololtuaa says KEMIS will provide a wider scope, unified data architecture and consistent information across education sectors. He was responding to concerns from MPs over schools that have experienced challenges accessing capitation during the transition. NEMIS previously covered basic education only.
