A 23-year-old man has been arrested in Ndhiwa, Homa Bay County, over allegations of defiling his three cousins, aged 12 and nine. Police say the suspect allegedly attacked the girls one by one after finding them alone at their home in South West Kwabai Location. He surrendered at Ndhiwa Police Station following a manhunt. Police Commander John Losia says he will be arraigned after investigations and medical examination.
