Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has pointed out the need to review how different state organs of the government work together. Speaking at KICC during the Katiba @ 16 celebrations, Kindiki insisted that national government, county governments and independent offices need to respect each other's constitutional independence and make devolution work better.
