EACC Chairperson David Oginde has called for legal reforms to strengthen the enforcement of Chapter Six integrity values. Speaking at the KICC Katiba Day symposium, Oginde noted that current constitutional hurdles, slow prosecution paces and officials returning to office during active investigations severely undermine the fight against corruption.
