The clinicians’ strike has entered its 38th day, with the Kenya Union of Clinical Officers accusing the Nakuru County Government of delaying the signing of a return-to-work agreement. KUCO National Chairman Peterson Wachira has warned that the union could withdraw more than 50 clinical officers still providing critical services, including theatre and emergency response. Wachira says the move could further disrupt healthcare services if the dispute remains unresolved.
