Former Cabinet Secretary Raphael Tuju has disputed the planned auction of Entim Sidai Wellness Sanctuary in Karen, Nairobi. Tuju says the property dispute remains before the courts and questioned the decision to proceed with the sale. Garam Auctioneers had advertised the approximately 20-acre property for auction today. Tuju cited ongoing cases at the Supreme Court, High Court and Milimani Law Courts.
