Parents of students travelling back to school for the third term have been urged to ensure their children do not board vehicles that have already reached the passenger capacity approved by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA). Malindi Sub-County Police Commander Moses Kosgei said the measure is aimed at ensuring students remain safe while travelling back to school.
