The Technopolis Development Authority and the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) have announced vacancies for senior positions, with applications closing on September 14, 2026.

The Technopolis Development Authority, formerly known as the Konza Technopolis Development Authority, is seeking to recruit a Manager, Legal Services.

The Authority is a State Corporation under the Ministry of ICT and Digital Economy. It was established under the Technopolis Act, 2026, with a mandate to plan, develop, manage and promote technopolises in Kenya.

The Authority said it is driving Kenya’s digital economy through the development of smart cities, attracting investment, supporting research and innovation, managing strategic digital infrastructure and coordinating technology and innovation ecosystems.

It is also responsible for facilitating business process outsourcing and ICT-enabled services.

The Authority is spearheading the development of Konza Technopolis, Kenya’s flagship smart city under Vision 2030.

Interested candidates for the Manager, Legal Services position have been directed to access the role profiles, qualifications and experience requirements through the Authority’s website.

Applications are to be submitted to Human Capital Business Solutions through email, with applicants required to state the position applied for in the subject line.

Applicants must attach their curriculum vitae, application letter, academic and professional certificates.

The deadline for applications is September 14, 2026.

Successful candidates will be required to comply with the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.

Among the documents required are a Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, a clearance certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board and a Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority.

Applicants will also be required to submit a duly filled and stamped self-declaration and clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission and a clearance certificate from an approved Credit Reference Bureau.

Meanwhile, the National Cohesion and Integration Commission is seeking to fill one position of Director, Corporate Services, at job grade NCIC 2.

The director will be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer for providing strategic leadership and direction in the provision of corporate services at the Commission.

The position will also involve coordination and management of programmes and activities within the directorate.

Applicants must have 15 years of cumulative experience, including at least five years at the level of Deputy Director or in a comparable position.

The experience should be in areas including human resource management and administration, finance and accounts, corporate communication, corporate planning and resource mobilisation, supply chain management, internal audit or ICT.

Candidates must also hold a master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognised institution.
