Mukurweini MP John Kaguchia wants the NCIC to stop its ongoing probe into his alleged inflammatory remarks. Kaguchia appeared before the commission today following summons arguing that the matter is already before the courts and should be allowed to proceed without interference. The MP is asking the commission to withdraw from the matter, with the NCIC expected to respond to his request.
