University leadership across the country has been challenged to revamp institutional systems ahead of 2029 first cohort CBET. Delivering an address on behalf of Higher Education PS Beatrice Inyangala, Higher Education Secretary Carol Hunja noted that incoming students will be highly empowered, requiring institutions to adapt teaching methods and digital integration to match modern industry demands. Hunja was speaking during a Vice-Chancellors' Consultative Conference on the draft CBE framework for university education held at USIU.
