DCP Deputy Party Leader Cleophas Malala has urged Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale to hand over his party to Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna to enable him to contest the presidency in the 2027 elections. Malala says time is running out for Sifuna as the fate of the Linda Mwananchi political outfit remains uncertain. His remarks come after the IEBC directed political parties to submit the names of their authorized officials by 15^th October this year.
