Loisaba Conservancy has mourned Josh Outram, the pilot who died in a helicopter crash in Samburu County on Wednesday, describing him as an accomplished aviator and dedicated conservationist.Outram flew for Loisaba as a pilot between 2020 and 2023, supporting the conservancy’s conservation and security operations.According to the conservancy, he was involved in elephant rescues, aerial surveillance for security teams and responding to emergencies involving people and wildlifeHe also played a role in efforts to establish the Loisaba Rhino Sanctuary, including the construction of its perimeter fence.
