Former KNUT Secretary-General Wilson Sossion says school heads must release KCPE and KCSE certificates that have been withheld over unpaid fees. Sossion says learners should not be denied their certificates because of outstanding school fees, adding that he will ensure the directive is adhered to if appointed as a Teachers Service Commission commissioner. He spoke while appearing before the National Assembly Education Committee for vetting.
