A newy released study by TIFA shows ride-hailing has become an important part of everyday economic activity in Nairobi, with 72 percent of users relying on the services for essential trips. 28% use ride-hailing to get to work or school, while 20% use it for business travel. Another 15% rely on the services for shopping and errands, highlighting why affordability remains a key concern for users.
