Agriculture CS Mutahi Kagwe says Kenya must rapidly expand irrigation to feed its growing population amid increasingly unreliable rainfall. Kagwe says the country must harvest and store water from seasonal rivers, expand dams and water pans, and tap groundwater to support food production. He spoke in Kilifi County while launching the Sh79 million rehabilitation of Ndigiria Water Pan in Bamba.
