2027 presidential aspirant Eliud Owalo has condemned rising political violence and intolerance, warning against the use of youths as tools of political violence. Owalo cites attacks witnessed during the Ol Kalou by-election and reported incidents in Homa Bay, saying Kenyans must be free to campaign and attend political meetings anywhere. He has called on police and investigative agencies to prosecute sponsors and perpetrators of political violence without favour.
