Education CS Julius Ogamba has directed schools to strictly adhere to ministry guidelines on reporting and dismissal times, following concerns that learners are being forced to wake up too early for school. CS Ogamba says the official reporting time is 7:15am, while learners should leave school by 3:30pm. He has also urged schools to prioritize learners’ safety and comply with all measures designed to protect them.
