LSK says advocates remain bound by professional and ethical standards regardless of their political positions. LSK has ordered its Ethics Committee to review the remarks and, if misconduct is established, initiate disciplinary action. It has warned advocates against divisive or threatening statements, with possible sanctions including suspension or being struck off the roll.
