The Government has resolved the long-running Cheluget land dispute, ending a three-decade standoff that left thousands of families facing eviction. Speaking at Kwalela Primary School in Narok South, Lands PS Nixon Korir said the Government had taken possession of the land and would immediately process title deeds for individual families. Korir said the Government had also resolved the Angata Barikoi dispute and addressed the Mau Forest boundary dispute.
