Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma has accused Governor James Orengo and Embakasi East MP Babu Owino of recruiting criminals who he claims were involved in the violence witnessed in Homa Bay. Kaluma who has been summoned by the NCIC tomorrow alleges that some of those recruited are facing murder trials and robbery-with-violence charges. He has called for investigations into the claims and for anyone found culpable to face the law.
