Former Attorney General Justin Muturi has condemned political violence and attacks on journalists in Homa Bay, saying every Kenyan has a right to move freely, campaign peacefully and engage with others regardless of political affiliation. Muturi says no part of the country should be a no-go zone for any political group. As Kenya heads towards the 2027 General Election, he has urged leaders to embrace a contest of ideas, not violence or intimidation.
