Public Investments PS Cyrelle Odede has called for the speedy finalization and gazettement of regulations governing electronic government procurement to enhance transparency, accountability and professionalism in public resource management. Odede said a robust legal framework would provide certainty and consistency in implementing the e-procurement system. He spoke in Mombasa during the official opening of the fifth Heads of Procurement and Supply Chain Management Conference.
