The 26-year-old Norwegian was handed the certificates at the Etihad Stadium ahead of the new Premier League season, adding another distinction to a career that has already produced a collection of records.
Guinness World Records said Haaland looked proud as he received the certificates, which recognise achievements in the Premier League, UEFA Nations League and UEFA Champions League.
"With the new season about to kick off, multiple record holder Erling Haaland has been presented with certificates recognising his extraordinary football career highlights so far," Guinness World Records said in a post on Instagram.
Among the records recognised is Haaland's achievement as the player to reach 100 Premier League goals in the fewest matches.
Haaland reached the landmark in 111 matches after scoring against Fulham on December 2, 2025.
The achievement came just over three years after he joined Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund at the beginning of the 2022/23 season.
His goalscoring record in his first Premier League campaign also earned him another Guinness World Records title.
Haaland scored 36 goals in the 2022/23 season, setting the record for the most goals scored by a player in an English Premier League season played over 38 matches.
The Norwegian's third record comes from his international career with Norway.
Haaland has scored 19 goals in the UEFA Nations League, making him the competition's leading goalscorer. Guinness World Records records the goals between September 4, 2020, and November 17, 2024.
His fourth certificate recognises his five-goal performance in a UEFA Champions League match.
Haaland scored five times for Manchester City against RB Leipzig on March 14, 2023, becoming only the third player to reach the mark in a Champions League match.
The feat placed him alongside Lionel Messi and Luiz Adriano, who had previously scored five goals in a single Champions League match.
Guinness World Records highlighted the four achievements as part of Haaland's growing collection of football records.
The striker also features on the cover of Guinness World Records Football Edition 2027, which will be released on October 8.
With Haaland continuing to lead Manchester City's attack, the latest certificates could prove to be only another chapter in his record-breaking career.
