The government has been urged to invest in emerging sectors such as the digital economy and creative industry as part of efforts to address unemployment among young people. Speaking during the first Zetech University Alumni Barbecue at the Mang’u Campus, Zetech Director of Corporate Affairs and Marketing John Mwai said the government should create infrastructure to support new skills and make it easier for young people to access financing. He urged the youth to look beyond traditional careers and embrace opportunities where they can also create jobs for others.
