Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua now claims that the two police linked to the murder of researcher Victoria Mutiso were arrested and later released on orders from senior interior security officials. Speaking at a church service in Kiambaa, Kiambu County, Gachagua accused the DCI of covering up the involvement of law enforcement officers in the July 29 killing. He urged the DCI to come clean on the matter to ensure the family of the deceased gets justice.
