Ex-CS Fred Matiang’i has been advised to abandon his 2027 presidential bid and join the broad-based government. Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga believes that Matiang’i’s days in the opposition are numbered if the recent remarks by DCP leader Rigathi Gachagua are to go by.
