A total of 121 scholars under the Equity Leaders Program have secured admissions to leading universities around the world, backed by full scholarships worth more than Sh3 billion. The scholars come from Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. They have been admitted to 63 universities in 16 countries across North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Equity Group Foundation Executive Chairman Dr. James Mwangi said the program is helping develop Africa's next generation of ethical and innovative leaders.
