The Kenya Security Industry Association has urged President William Ruto to establish alternative dispute resolution mechanisms for employment conflicts between security guards and their employers. Speaking at State House, CEO Martin Shiyuka also requested an extension into broader duties on critical responsibilities such as guarding forests.
