The DPP has charged four high school boys with the alleged gang defilement of a 17-year-old girl in Homa Bay County. The court heard the offence was allegedly committed on July 30 in Rangwe Sub-County. The suspects denied the charges before Chief Magistrate Mary Immaculate Gwaro and were remanded at the Homa Bay Child Protection Unit. The case will be heard on August 22.
