The recent Infotrak poll has sparked debate over the performance of devolution in the health sector. KMPDU Deputy Secretary General Dennis Miskellah says it is questionable to rate some governors highly when many counties have built hospitals and bought equipment without hiring enough health workers. The poll rated education, environment, and engineering as some of the best performing sectors under devolution with the health sector not appearing anywhere in the list.
