The Milimani Magistrate‘s Court is today expected to issue directions on the plea taking of Mukurwe-ini MP John Kaguchia. The court adjourned the sitting yesterday after the MP left the court premises contrary to its directive, disrupting the proceedings. Kaguchia is facing a charge of offensive conduct conducive to a breach of the peace. He was released on a cash bail of 250,000 shillings or a bond of a 1 million shillings pending further proceedings.
