The Public Service Commission (PSC) has raised concern over a growing mental health crisis among public servants, warning that increasing cases of depression, stress and trauma are taking a heavy toll on the workforce. PSC Commissioner Boya Molu says many civil servants are struggling under the weight of rising living costs, heavy workloads, financial debt and family pressures, factors that are affecting both their well-being and productivity.
