Nandi, Garissa and Wajir have been ranked among the counties making the greatest strides in healthcare. The latest Infotrak CountyTrak Performance Index survey shows that the three counties have significantly improved medical infrastructure and access to public health services. In agriculture, Homa Bay emerged as the best-performing county in the Nyanza region, highlighting progress in one of the key functions devolved to county governments since the introduction of devolution.
