The TSC is on the spot for excluding JSS teachers from the ongoing promotion exercise. Nominated Senator Esther Okenyuri says this has left thousands of the teachers with no clear pathway for career progression. He wants the Education committee to intervene after the teachers accused the commission of sidelining them despite meeting the required qualifications.
