Rose Mbithe and her son will be detained for 21 days to allow the DCI complete investigations into the murder of mental health researcher Dr. Victoria Mutiso. The prosecution denied their release on bail for fear of witness interference and their safety. The ruling was issued today by Milimani Magistrate Geoffrey Onsarigo.
