The inquest into the death of Rex Masai has taken a new turn after a Milimani Court expanded the scope of the proceedings by allowing eight additional witnesses to testify. Principal Magistrate Geoffrey Onsarigo declined a bid by the National Police Service to recall former Nairobi Police Commander Doris Mugambi for a third time. The case will come up for mention on Thursday next week.
