Human rights organisations are calling on the government to ensure survivors of conflict-related sexual and gender-based violence are included in the national reparations programme. The groups led by Coalition on Violence Against Women and KHRC also want the Presidential Working Group on compensation to guarantee equal access to reparations for survivors and involve them in developing the framework. They have further urged the Judiciary to fast-track cases involving survivors of sexual and gender-based violence.
