A Bill seeking to amend the Constitution to achieve the two-thirds gender principle and improve representation for the PWDs is set to be introduced in the National Assembly today. The Bill by MPs Gladys Boss, Beatrice Elachi and Jane Kagiri proposes the creation of special seats in Parliament so that no more than two-thirds of members belong to the same gender.
