The High Court has acquitted rally driver Maxine Wahome of the murder of fellow motorsport enthusiast Asad Khan, ruling that the prosecution failed to establish a case against her. Justice Lilian Mutende found the evidence presented by 29 prosecution witnesses did not sufficiently link Wahome to the injuries that led to Khan's death.
