The Kisumu Law Courts has ordered the release of eight Kenyans arrested and charged following unrest during a church service attended by Siaya Governor James Orengo and Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna earlier this month. Their lead lawyer, James Orengo, cautioned the government against arresting innocent Kenyans, urging authorities to instead pursue goons involved in disrupting the church service.
