Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi has called on the legislature to help in reducing the lead time in policy formulation, citing fast changing demographics. Mudavadi argues that Parliament plays a very pivotal role in helping anchor public participation policies into law. According to Mudavadi, in order to achieve growth within the envisioned timeline, Kenyans must adjust to shorter public participation timelines.
