DCP leader Rigathi Gachagua has dismissed Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen’s call for him to formally report claims that 68 women were raped during the Ol Kalou by-election. Speaking in Kirinyaga County, he alleged police were behind the violence, including sexual assaults, making it futile for victims to seek help from them. He argued that justice cannot be delivered by those accused of committing the violations.
