DCP leader Rigathi Gachagua has told President William Ruto that he has lost the support of the Mt. Kenya region following the party's victory in the Ol Kalou parliamentary by-election. Gachagua says the win reflects the region's political direction, insisting Mt. Kenya has resolved not to back the Kenya Kwanza administration in next year's General Election.
