The government has identified seven sectors with the highest demand for Kenyan workers abroad following a national skills gap assessment. Labour PS Shadrack Mwadime says the sectors include healthcare, construction, transport, hospitality, security, home care and cleaning services. He says Kenya will promote circular labour migration to allow workers to gain skills overseas before returning home.
