He says prolonged substance abuse can affect judgment, behaviour and emotional stability, making it difficult for users to meet their obligations as spouses and parents. Mohamed warned that addiction often fuels family conflict and breakdown, urging couples and young people to seek help before drug abuse destroys their relationships.
