Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen has assured Kenyans that Thursday's Ol Kalou by-election will be conducted in a peaceful and secure environment. Speaking at a church service in Mumias, CS Murkomen also expressed confidence that next year's General Election will be free, fair and peaceful, saying every Kenyan has a democratic right to vote without fear or intimidation.
