Pre-Election Disputes Resolution Report for the 2022 General Election documents the experiences of resolving pre-election disputes before the August 9, 2022 General Election.
Its main purpose is to evaluate how electoral complaints were managed and identify lessons that can improve future elections, particularly ahead of the 2027 General Election.
The Case Digest is essentially a legal reference book summarizing landmark electoral decisions arising from the 2022 General Election.
Rather than reproducing entire judgments, it provides concise summaries of important cases and explains the legal principles established by the courts.
Mudavadi to meet leaders of Western Kenya at Kitale Club

Nairobi Community Forests Associations and Friends of Nairobi's Forests and Green Spaces will address the media on escalating destruction of Kenya's public forests, national parks and urban green spaces, even as the country pursues its ambitious 15 Billion Trees Programme.
The briefing will present emerging evidence and raise urgent concerns over the continued fragmentation and degradation of some of Kenya's most critical ecosystems, including Ngong Road Forest, Nairobi National Park, Imenti Forest, State House Road, and Uhuru Park, among others.
Civil society organisations, community forest associations and environmental defenders will also issue a united call for immediate government action to safeguard Kenya's natural heritage.
The briefing will be held at the Karura Forest Environmental Education Trust offices at 10 am.
MPs to inspect budget implementation at key Nairobi health agencies
The Departmental Committee on Health is scheduled to undertake Budget Implementation Oversight visits to two health institutions in Upper Hill, Nairobi.

It provides strategic policies for resource mobilisation, research, and surveillance for HIV, sexually transmitted infections, malaria, leprosy, tuberculosis, and lung diseases.
