Boxer and content creator Mbavu Destroyer has issued a sharp warning to Andrew Kibe following the creator's widely condemned comments about rapper Stevo Simple Boy.

Mbavu shared his reaction in a video posted to his Instagram account. He appeared to direct his anger toward Kibe’s refusal to back down despite a significant public outcry.

"Hello, Andrew Kibe, I’ve called you three times. In anything that you do, always think twice. Okay,” he said with rage.

Mbavu’s intervention comes at a time of high tension in the digital space. Kibe has faced intense criticism for mocking the physical appearance of the Kibera-bred artist.

While other parties involved have sought to apologise, Kibe has remained defiant, even revealing that his comments were part of a deliberate plan to cause friction.

A Calculated Move to Offend

Kibe recently admitted that his behaviour during the interview was intentional. He explained that his goal was to provoke as many people as possible during his appearance on Dr Ofweneke’s podcast.

"I tried as much as possible to offend as many people/groups as possible in that Ofweneke’s podcast that he pulled down. Give them nothing but take away everything!"

This admission was met with further disdain from the public. Kibe also mocked Dr Ofweneke for removing the episode. He suggested that the host lacked the stamina to handle the backlash from the public.

"Imebidi Ofweneke adelete ile podcast yetu juu ya ‘pressure’. Mshenzi sana!"

The Backlash and Deletion

The controversy began during a recording of the digital show Lessons at 30. During the broadcast, Kibe made disparaging remarks about Stevo Simple Boy’s looks.

He even went as far as suggesting that the musician should not be allowed to father children.

Public anger was not only directed at Kibe. Many viewers were upset with Dr Ofweneke, who appeared to laugh during the mockery. Following the intense social media pressure, Ofweneke made the decisionto permanently delete the episode from his platforms.

Kibe has since responded by ending his free podcast appearances. He now demands payment and total freedom from censorship for any future guest spots.

"From now on if you invite me to your podcast 1. Pay 2. Don’t bleep my shit Anything else is of the evil one."

A Path of Reconciliation

While Kibe has maintained his stance, Dr Ofweneke has taken drastic steps to mend ties with Stevo Simple Boy. The comedian visited the rapper in person over the weekend to offer a face-to-face apology. He described the visit as an act of humility and a test of his own character.

Addressing the viral moment, Ofweneke claimed his laughter was not a sign of malice.

"The laughter was a reflex action. I actually do regret that as a brother that should not have happened."

He reassured Stevo of his worth, emphasising that value is not tied to physical appearance.
